What counts as a "site"?
A site is defined as a single physical location with its own OT network. This could be a manufacturing plant, power station, water treatment facility, or substation. Multiple zones/conduits within a site count as one site.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time with immediate effect (pro-rated billing). Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Contact your customer success manager or email [email protected].
What frameworks are supported?
Starter: IEC 62443-3-2. Professional: IEC 62443-3-2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0. Enterprise: All frameworks including SOC 2, NERC CIP, CIS Controls, and custom mappings.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 30-day pilot program for Professional and Enterprise plans. This includes full platform access for one site, onboarding support, and a trust validation report. Book a demo to discuss pilot eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (preferred), purchase orders, and major credit cards. Annual plans can be invoiced with Net 30 terms. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment schedules.
